Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager for a Mission Critical/Data Center construction project in Tulsa, OK.

Responsibilities include leading electrical installations, coordinating schedule, budget, and safety, and delivering projects on time and within budget. Travel across the Midwest is required with per diem available. Experience in data centers preferred.

A leading electrical contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join its growing Mission Critical / Data Center Construction team. This position will be based on a major project in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area, with future opportunities supporting hyperscale data center and advanced technology projects across the Midwest.

About the Role

Electrical Project Manager - Mission Critical / Data Centers

Location: Tulsa, OK (Project-Based)

Travel: Significant travel required across the Midwest for future projects. Travel package and per diem available for employees working away from their home location.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Lead project coordination, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and vendor performance.
• Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, general contractors, inspectors, and project stakeholders.
• Drive project schedules and proactively resolve construction challenges.
• Support successful delivery of hyperscale data center and mission critical infrastructure projects.
• Maintain strong communication with project teams and company leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Project Manager on large-scale construction projects.
• Direct experience managing electrical construction installations, including:
• Low-voltage (120V-600V) and medium-voltage electrical systems.
• Conduit and raceway installations.
• Cable tray systems and support structures.
• Medium-voltage cable terminations.
• Site grounding and bonding systems.
• Underground duct banks and electrical trench installations.
• Experience working for an electrical contractor is required.
• Strong understanding of project management, scheduling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively.

• Ideal Backgrounds: Electrical Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Mission Critical Project Manager, Data Center Project Manager, Electrical Construction Manager, or Electrical Operations Manager with experience delivering large-scale electrical infrastructure projects.
