Job summary

P1 Construction, LLC. is actively seeking an Electrical Project Manager for our Advanced Technologies/Mission Critical group, based in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. The role supports Midwest jobsites with potential travel and a home base in Lenexa, KS for corporate guidance.

Responsibilities include leading electrical scope, coordinating crews, and ensuring safety and budget adherence. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of electrical construction PM experience on large projects, including low/high

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree related to construction/electrical engineering or trade experience.
• Experience with electrical infrastructure installations and load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects or assist senior mgmt on large hyper-scale jobs in the Midwest.
• Lead field staff, subcontractors, and vendor compliance; ensure safety and budgets.
• Coordinate scheduling, construction activities, and project accounting.
• Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and project team.
• Drive timely delivery of projects within budget and scope.
