Qualifications

• OSHA 30-Hour Safety Certification and First Aid/CPR Training required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products and related tools.
• Experience with document control and schedule software is essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage projects.

Responsibilities

• Supports project direction and financial outcomes for assigned projects.
• Manages owner and subcontractor relationships; mentors on-site staff.
• Participates in budgeting, preconstruction, bid packages, and schedule development.
• Ensures safety policies are followed and quality standards met.
• Coordinates close-out processes, punch lists, and documentation.
