Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Technician in Grapevine, TX. The role pays $20.50 per hour and offers a variable incentive program. Hours are 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, with benefits starting at day one and opportunities for overtime and cross-training.

Responsibilities include assembling panelboards/switchboards, performing wiring and tests, and ensuring quality. Lean and 5S practices are emphasized for safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and/or power tools for assembly.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs regularly and maintain safety.
• Overtime availability as required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble panelboards and switchboards per drawings with hand/power tools.
• Inspect and test finished products to ensure quality and codes.
• Perform electrical wiring assembly and test preparation.
• Support Lean initiatives and maintain 5S in the work area.
• Cross-train across functions as needed.
