Rivian is seeking an emerging to mid-level Technician to grow technical acumen while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will work under mentorship to support EV repairs, inspections, and field service, primarily at a service center with potential remote work or mobile assignments.

This role includes a Monday–Friday schedule with rotational Saturdays from 6pm to 2:30am, plus a 15% pay differential during night hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–3 years hands-on automotive/shop experience.
• Basic exposure to EV/hybrid frameworks.

Responsabilités

• Vehicle service & repair under supervision.
• Learn product line and safety procedures.
• Road tests after repair to verify quality and safety.
• Parts operations and inventory tracking.
• Documentation of repairs and notes.
• Professional customer interactions at facilities or events.
• Identify process improvements and participate in service campaigns.
