CDM Smith seeks an Industrial Client Service Leader to drive growth among electric utilities in the United States. You will lead client engagement, win new projects, and expand key accounts while coordinating with senior PMs and technical experts to deliver quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with the technology group to stay at the forefront of tools that improve project delivery and profitability. Travel across the U.S. is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required with 20%–40% frequency.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development, client engagement, client service management, and strategic marketing for major utility clients in the U.S.
• Develop and maintain high-value relationships with utility clients.
• Grow market share by partnering with senior project managers and technical specialists.
• Collaborate with the technology group to apply leading-edge tools for project delivery.
• Implement short and long-term strategies contributing to growth and CDM Smith profitability.
