• Two years of related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer service requests via phone, web, email, and fax.
• Provide upfront cost estimates and coordinate inspections and licensing requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, contractors, and officials.
• Update work requests with field notes and progress; support multiple departments as needed.
• Travel between MA/CT/NH and be available for emergency restoration.
