Job summary

Eversource Energy is seeking a customer-focused representative to join the Electric Service Support Center. You will handle a high volume of service requests for residential and commercial customers, processing calls, emails, and web inquiries while ensuring complete and accurate work requests.

The role requires coordination with multiple internal teams, providing upfront cost estimates and facilitating inspections, prepayments, and contributions in aid of construction.

Qualifications

• Two years of related education/training and/or related experience.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license is required.
• Willingness to travel between MA/CT/NH as necessary.
• Must be available for emergency restoration assignments.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information relevant to design and construction of the service request and respond to questions from customers.
• Serve as the primary contact and advocate for customers, contractors, and officials.
• Provide upfront cost estimates.
• Process inspections, prepayments, and contributions in aid of construction.
• Handle non-design job types from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Electric Operations, Customer Billing, and Remittance Services.
• Support field operations with updates to work requests and notes.
• Respond to emergency storm assignments as required.
