Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtain information relevant to design and construction of service requests and respond to customer questions.
• Serve as primary point of contact and advocate for customer, contractor, and municipal officials.
• Provide applicable upfront cost estimates.
• Process inspections, prepayments, and contributions in aid of construction.
• Handle non-design job types from initiation to completion.
