Responsibilities

• Obtain information relevant to design and construction of service requests.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, contractors, and officials.

• Process inspections, prepayments, and contributions.
• Handle non-design job types from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Electric Operations, and Billing.
• Support other areas with field notes, appointments, and progress.
• Participate in emergency storm assignments as required.
