Qualifications

• Must pass technician aptitude test.

Responsibilities

• Obtain information for service design and construction, handling customer questions.
• Serve as primary contact for customer, contractor, and municipal officials.
• Provide upfront cost estimates.
• Process inspections, prepayments, and contributions in aid of construction.
• Update work requests with field notes and progress.
