Candidates typically have 1-3 years of construction experience; a college degree is preferred but not required. The role includes document control, meeting coordination, progress reporting, and occasional travel within a normal office setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction administration and project coordination.
• Ability to work with multiple project teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management processes and document control.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, organizing, tracking, and coordinating project activities.
• Manage document control for projects, including filing drawings, specs, client correspondence, RFIs, submittals, and transmittals.
• Coordinate and schedule project meetings, issue invitations, and distribute agendas.
• Attend meetings and record accurate minutes with action items and logs.
• Serve as internal point of contact for administrative requests.
• Prepare client progress reports and assist with monthly financial reporting.
• Assist with material tracking and deliveries as requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
