Reliance, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales professional to manage the El Paso/Mexico territory and grow business with industrial customers.

You will serve as the primary contact for customers, develop leads, and negotiate terms while collaborating with operations to ensure order fulfillment. The role requires 2–5 years of relevant sales experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of the metals industry.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of sales principles and customer service.
• Knowledge of metals industry and its applications.

Responsabilités

• Sell products to business and industrial establishments in assigned territory.
• Serve as primary customer contact and maintain relationships.
• Develop new prospects and grow sales through leads and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate pricing and terms within approved guidelines.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
• Maintain customer records and perform cold calls as needed.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvements.
