Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• No delinquent or default on federal student loans; current status required.
• Exceptional time management skills.
• Clear communication across in-person, written, and phone channels; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; take ownership of time with students.
• High emotional intelligence; coach a diverse student body and foster partnerships.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation; willingness to travel; flexible schedule.
• Computer literacy; proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools.
