Job summary

Grand Canyon Education, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to oversee the El Paso, TX territory in a community-based role. Starting salary is $75,000 per year with potential to reach six figures after five years of proven service. Training will be held in person at our Phoenix, AZ campus.

You will drive strategy, engage with partners, coach prospective students, and work across education programs to promote online learning opportunities. Strong communication and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and no delinquent/default on federal student loans as verified in your credit report.
• Outstanding time management skills; able to juggle priorities while traveling.
• Clear communication across in-person, written, and phone; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive; take ownership of time with Grand Canyon University students.
• High emotional intelligence; coach a diverse student group and nurture partner relationships.
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule; extensive territory travel; some events may be evenings/weekends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and execution: plan events for your territory, raise awareness of online programs, drive inquiries, and build high-impact partnerships.
• Partner and influencer: counsel prospective students, families and partners on enrollment across in-person, phone, or email communications.
• Heart and Hustle: support admissions, guiding students through the online learning pathway.
