Job summary

Grand Canyon Education seeks an Account Executive to oversee the Dallas, TX territory, starting at $75,000 annually with strong earning potential after several years. Training will be held in Phoenix, AZ, and the role requires living within 30 miles of Dallas.

You will drive outreach for online programs across education, healthcare and business, build partnerships and counsel prospective students through admissions, contributing to university student success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in outside business development, consultative sales or account management.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• No delinquency on federal student loans per credit report.
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities while travelling.
• Clear communication in person, writing and phone; strong listening skills.
• Self-motivation and drive to succeed; ownership of time with students.
• High emotional intelligence for coaching a diverse student body and building partnerships.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel; evenings/weekends possible.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement event plans for your territory.
• Drive inquiry generation for our online programs in education, healthcare and business.
• Build high-impact partnerships and deliver informative presentations and emails.
• Counsel prospective students, families and partners to promote student success.
• Guide applicants through admissions and facilitate online learning onboarding.
