Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Environmental, Health, & Safety (EHS) Program and Compliance Assurance Leader for the Americas. You will manage the implementation of EHS programs, oversee audits, and provide strategic direction across locations.

This role travels up to 50% and requires a strong background in safety systems and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leading PSM initiatives, developing site EHS capabilities, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of direct EHS management and supervisory responsibility.
• Strong experience implementing complex safety programs and procedures.
• Extensive knowledge of OSHA, PSM, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS Standard Work is implemented and layered audits are conducted.
• Manage EHS Management System requirements across the Region.
• Develop and sustain EHS standard work at each site.
• Coach site leaders in root-cause analysis and safety improvements.
• Lead PSM program development and audits across locations.
