Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Program and Compliance Assurance Leader, Americas. You will lead the implementation of EHS programs, drive Process Safety Management, and provide strategic direction across locations in the Americas.

Travel up to 50% is required. Responsibilities include audits, adherence to regulatory requirements, and building a culture of standard work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of direct EHS management and supervisory responsibility.
• Proven skills within implementation of complex safety programs and procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, PSM, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS Standard Work is implemented and layered audits are conducted.
• Manage EHS Management System requirements across the Region.
• Support launch of activities to incorporate standard work and culture.
• Develop leaders to create, implement, and sustain EHS standard work.
• Lead PSM program development and implementation at required locations.
• Interface with PSM consultants to drive program development.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, EPA and other regulatory agencies.
