Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Program and Compliance Assurance Leader, Americas. The role manages the implementation of EHS programs, including PSM, across locations in the Americas and leads audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

The position requires bachelor’s degree and 7+ years in EHS management, with travel up to 50%. You will work onsite with regional teams and drive standard work development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have a degree in a related field and extensive EHS experience.
• Experience implementing complex safety programs and procedures.
• Knowledge of OSHA, PSM, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage EHS programs and PSM across the Americas region.
• Oversee internal/external audits and regulatory compliance activities.
• Develop and implement EHS standard work and audit processes across sites.
• Coach site leaders in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Support M&A activities and EH&S initiatives as needed.
