Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety Program and Compliance Assurance Leader for the Americas. The role leads EHS programs, audits, and PSM implementation across sites, providing strategic direction and support to advance regulatory compliance and operational safety.

The position travels up to 50% and collaborates with regional and SBU teams to drive EH&S performance, with a strong emphasis on standard work and leadership development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of direct EHS management and supervisory responsibility.
• Proven skills within implementation of complex safety programs and procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, PSM, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS Standard Work is implemented and layered audits are conducted per BOS requirements.
• Manage and implement the EHS Management System requirements across the Region.
• Support launch of activities to incorporate standard work across sites.
• Develop a culture of process discipline around leaders following standard work.
• Develop EHS & business leaders to create and sustain EHS standard work at each site.
• Oversee Process Safety Management (PSM) at locations as required; ensure compliance.
