Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Program and Compliance Assurance Leader for the Americas. This role will lead and track the implementation of EHS programs, including Process Safety Management, across locations in the Americas ISC. Travel up to 50% is required.

Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of EHS leadership are required. You will provide strategic direction, oversee audits, and ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other agencies, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of direct EHS management and supervisory responsibility.
• Proven skills implementing complex safety programs and procedures.
• Comprehensive knowledge of OSHA, PSM, EPA, and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure EHS Standard Work is implemented and layered audits are conducted.
• Manage EHS Management System requirements across the Region.
• Support launch of activities to incorporate standard work across sites.
• Develop leaders and EHS teams to sustain standard work.
• Lead Process Safety Management (PSM) implementation at locations where required.
• Interface with PSM consultants as needed for program development.
