Zusammenfassung

Veolia Group is seeking an EHS Specialist to implement and administer Health, Safety, Industrial Hygiene, and OSHA programs at multiple facilities. The role focuses on creating a healthy, accident-free work environment through hazard recognition, evaluation, and control.

You will advise management and staff on environmental and industrial health practices while supporting sustainability initiatives and reporting. Travel is limited.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge of hazard recognition, evaluation and control.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SDS tracking and material safety data sheets.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for plant management and staff.

Aufgaben

• Lead compliance with applicable EHS laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines.
• Analyze data and audit processes for Ergonomics, emergency preparedness, and other standards.
• Support and improve EHS programs to reduce hazards and risks.
• Assist in leading EHS projects and required reports.
• Lead or support investigations of workplace incidents and root cause analyses.
• Conduct safety inspections and provide technical guidance in EHS matters.
