Job summary

RESRG is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the site's Environmental, Health, and Safety program. You will partner with the Plant Manager, inspire the EHS team, and promote a proactive safety culture while aligning with company goals.

Responsibilities include developing metrics, managing audits, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering training, and driving continuous improvement across the facility to create a safer, healthier, and more sustainable workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Environmental, or Science discipline.
• 4–7 years of relevant EHS management experience.
• Broad expertise in EHS theory, principles, and advanced technical/operational practices.
• Proven experience managing site air, water, and waste compliance.
• Proven experience leading project teams and driving change.
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2).

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the local EHS team to achieve site EHS goals.
• Champion safety culture and align management and staff on safety vision.
• Influence and drive change through collaboration even without direct authority.
• Develop and use EHS reports and metrics to evaluate programs.
• Plan and optimize the local EHS management system.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits, and audits.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver environmental reports and permitting activities.
• Deliver EHS training programs for employees.
• Ensure operations own EHS risk management within their areas.
• Prepare site readiness for emergencies (injuries, fire, chemical release).
• Engage internal and external stakeholders on EHS topics.
• Share learnings from incidents and implement controls at other sites.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in EHS practices.
