Job summary

RESRG Automotive in Morehead, KY is seeking an EHS Manager to lead the site's environmental, health, and safety program. You will partner with the Plant Manager to drive a proactive safety culture, manage the EHS team, and align initiatives with corporate goals.

Responsibilities include program management, audits, reporting, risk reduction, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Environmental, or Science discipline.
• 4-7 years of relevant EHS management experience.
• Proven experience in leading projects and driving change.
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2).
• Experience managing site air, water, and waste compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the local EHS team to achieve site EHS goals.
• Champion a culture of care and safety, aligning with management and staff.
• Manage EHS reports and metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Plan, implement, and optimize the local EHS management system.
• Ensure compliance with environmental laws, permits, and audits.
• Coordinate EHS training programs and incident investigations.
• Support preventive EHS processes and risk reduction.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders on EHS topics.
