Job summary

RESRG Automotive seeks an experienced EHS leader to guide risk management and compliance across its manufacturing footprint. You will align EHS standards with operational priorities, coach site leaders, and drive continuous improvement in environmental, health, and safety programs.

You will partner with regional operations to embed EHS excellence into capital projects, business planning, and governance, fostering a culture of care and proactive risk management across sites.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with regional and site leaders.
• Provide strategic EHS leadership across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive consistent implementation of corporate EHS standards and risk controls.
• Coach and develop plant and EHS managers to enhance leadership capability.
• Promote hazard recognition and injury prevention.
• Support leadership in developing frontline EHS knowledge and ownership.
• Lead regional EHS performance reviews and governance processes.
