ERM, the world’s leading environmental, health and safety (EHS) consultancy, is hiring a Consulting Senior Associate, EHS for the San Francisco Bay Area. Based in California with flexible options to work from Menlo Park, San Jose, Oakland, San Francisco, Santa Clara, or Sunnyvale, you will help design and implement safe, compliant EHS programs for innovative clients.

You will deliver hands-on support, conduct risk assessments, investigations, and collaborate with global teams to create

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in environmental science, safety, occupational health, industrial hygiene, engineering, or related field.
1+ year of relevant experience.
Ability to travel across the San Francisco Bay Area including San Jose, Santa Clara and San Mateo areas.
Strong understanding of local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
Driver's License required: capable of travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite client support to address pressing EHS challenges.
Perform audits, assessments and safety process improvements in areas such as Behavior-Based Safety, Chemical & Lab Safety, Electrical Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Robotics Safety, Process Hazard Assessments, LOTO.
Assist in developing and implementing programs for HazComm, IIPP, PSM, and more.
Investigate incidents and ensure corrective actions are in place.
Assist in managing projects to meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
