Job summary

ERM is seeking a Managing Consultant, EHS Compliance in the San Fran Bay Area to lead safety initiatives for tech, biotech and manufacturing clients. You will design, implement, and oversee high-impact EHS programs and audits, travel regionally, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with ERM’s global network to deliver regulatory compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Occupational Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, or related science degree.
• 4+ years of relevant experience, ideally within technology, biotech, manufacturing, or energy sectors.
• Strong knowledge of California and federal EHS regulations.
• Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Willingness to travel throughout the San Fran Bay Area, California.
• Driver's License required: ability to travel to various client locations.
