Job summary

ERM, the world’s largest dedicated team of Environmental, Health, and Safety professionals, seeks a Consultant, EHS, in the San Francisco Bay Area. You’ll lead onsite safety programs for major clients and help navigate regulatory requirements to protect people and the environment.

Responsibilities include risk assessments, inspections, incident investigations, and program development. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience are required; travel up to 40 hours/week within Northern

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required; relevant safety or environmental field recommended.
• 2+ years of EHS experience with regulatory knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 40 hours/week in Northern California.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement safety programs across client sites.
• Conduct risk assessments, inspections, and observations.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Support EHS permitting and compliance requirements.
• Analyze field data and prepare technical reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address safety challenges.
• Maintain high-quality, compliant deliverables for Fortune 500 clients.
