Job summary

Snowbird Agility Inc. is seeking a Training Solution Consultant to serve as an embedded training and user-support resource for an assigned Tier 1 SME team.

The consultant will help ensure end users receive timely, site-specific support, identify refresher-training needs, provide input on training-content updates, and strengthen adoption of processes, systems, and tools supported by the Tier. The role requires coordinating refresher training, maintaining materials, and collaborating with SMEs,

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training and end-user support in business/operational/technical environments.
• Experience with Oracle Health EHR including end-user training, adoption, and workflow changes.
• Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, or system processes into clear learning content and user guidance.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience identifying learning needs and recommending training or performance-support solutions.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating as an embedded cross-functional team member.
• Proficiency with common virtual collaboration, presentation, and documentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Embed within the assigned Tier 1 SME team and understand its workflows, processes, systems, user populations, and training materials.
• Advise SMEs on updates to training content prompted by workflow changes, system enhancements, or recurring issues.
• Maintain training materials, FAQs, job aids, and user-facing resources in partnership with content owners and SMEs.
• Participate in communities of practice, Tier meetings, office hours, and working sessions.
• Serve as a primary coordinator for site-specific user-support and refresher-training requests.
• Coordinate with local site contacts and other support functions to deliver training and support consistently.
• Facilitate instructor-led classes, virtual sessions, office hours, and drop-in support sessions.
• Assess training gaps and user feedback to recommend interventions.
• Track training activity and user feedback; provide updates to the Tier team with recommendations.
• Identify appropriate modalities (coaching, job aids, microlearning) based on gap urgency and complexity.
• Deliver or coordinate refresher training and learning-support resources as needed.
• Validate proficiency after interventions to ensure gaps are addressed.
• Support change-management and communications activities related to new workflows, tools, or training materials.
