Job summary

Oracle Health Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior EHR Solutions Trainer and SME to support federal healthcare deployments. You will deliver engaging clinical training, translate complex workflows into practical sessions, and guide adoption across ambulatory, inpatient, case management, and revenue cycle areas.

Travel up to 100% may be required, including on-site customer support during deployments and go-live events. A RN license and Public Trust or government clearance may be needed.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and six+ years of clinical or EHR training experience.
• Current clinical license (e.g., RN) and hands-on clinical practice are required.
• Experience delivering EHR training in healthcare settings with adult learning methods.
• Ability to obtain government clearance and travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training across roles and skill levels.
• Support deployment, go-live, refresher, and sustainment training.
• Create and update job aids, guides, and exercises as systems change.
• Translate clinical workflows into practical, understandable training.
