Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Training and Adoption Consultant to support EHR implementation across hospitals and clinics in the United States. You will lead onsite and virtual training, preparing end users with classroom instruction, computer-based training, and hands-on coaching to enable proficient EHR use.

The role requires 3+ years of training experience, a Bachelor\'s degree (advanced degree preferred), and ability to obtain a Public Trust.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust before onboarding.
• US Citizenship restrictions apply: No sponsorship available.
• Bachelor's Degree; four years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's.
• Minimum of three years of training experience.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on site during go-live activities.
• Experience with Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as clinician or end user.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate education of client training strategy at assigned sites through sessions in-person/virtual/hybrid.
• Collaborate with cross-pillar workstreams.
• Document successful completion of technical and functional user training.
• Attend and/or lead meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Attend internal and external meetings.
• Support go-live readiness activities including learning labs and go-live at hospitals and clinics.
