Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Training and Adoption Consultant to support our clients’ electronic health record (EHR) implementations. You will facilitate learning activities, deliver classroom and virtual training, and coach end users to effectively use EHR systems throughout the training lifecycle.

The role requires 3+ years of training experience, EHR exposure (Cerner/Oracle Health), and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Travel up to 75%+ and remote/onsite flexibility are involved.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of training experience.
• Experience in the Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as clinician, admin staff, or end user.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD Public Trust.
• US Citizenship required; no sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions at hospitals and clinical sites, including virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-pillar workstreams and document training outcomes.
• Lead and participate in stakeholder meetings at multiple levels.
• Ensure successful completion of technical and functional user training and provide ongoing support.
