Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Training and Adoption Consultant to support a client’s EHR implementation. You will facilitate learning activities that may include classroom instruction, computer-based training, scenario-based practice and hands-on coaching.

Trainers position end users to acquire knowledge and skills to use the EHR systems and provide ongoing support throughout the training lifecycle, collaborating with cross-pillar teams and presenting to executive leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST clearance prior to onboarding.
• US citizenship restrictions apply: no sponsorship available.
• Bachelor's Degree; four years of additional professional experience in lieu of Bachelor's.
• Minimum of three years of training experience.
• Experience working directly in Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician or end user.
• Strong MS Office skills and ability to document training outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executives.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate education of the client’s training strategy at assigned sites via virtual sessions.
• Collaborate with cross-pillar workstreams.
• Document successful completion of technical and functional user training.
• Attend and/or lead meetings with stakeholders at multiple levels.
