Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Training and Adoption Consultant to support an electronic health record (EHR) implementation. The role involves onsite facilitation of learning activities, including classroom instruction, CBT, scenario-based practice and hands-on coaching to prepare end users for the new EHR system.

Travel up to 100% is required; the candidate will engage hospitals and clinics, deliver training across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, and support go-live readiness and post go-live

Qualifications

• Must have training experience and ability to deliver education across multiple sites.
• Experience directly in Oracle Health/Cerner EHR as a clinician, admin staff, or end user is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to present to executive leadership and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training sessions across hospitals and clinics in person, virtually or hybrid.
• Lead learning labs and go-live readiness activities while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing end-user coaching and support throughout the training lifecycle.
