Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Central Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the EHR system. You will provide frontline support to providers and staff, assist with training, and participate in testing and implementation of new features.

This role collaborates with the vendor and IT and clinical teams to ensure reliable EHR operation, escalating to the Senior EHR System Analyst for complex projects and system-wide design

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Technology, Informatics, Computer Science or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of EHR support experience in healthcare/behavioral health required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily end-user support across clinical and operational teams for the EHR system.
• Triage system issues and escalate complex items to the Senior EHR System Analyst or vendor.
• Assist in maintaining EHR workflows, templates, and documentation standards.
• Perform initial testing of minor changes, updates, or enhancements to the EHR system.
• Support creation of training materials and user guides for new features.
