Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health in Central, Ohio is seeking an EHR System Analyst to support daily use, functionality, and optimization of the EHR system. You will provide frontline support to providers and staff and participate in testing and implementation of new features.

This role collaborates with clinical staff, IT, and the vendor to keep the EHR operating smoothly and to develop training materials and user guides. Experience with NextGen or CareLogic is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; BS preferred.
• 2–4 years of EHR support experience in healthcare.
• Experience with CareLogic or NextGen is preferred.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline end-user support for the EHR system.
• Triage issues and escalate complex problems as needed.
• Assist with EHR training and user guides.
• Test updates, patches, and new features before go-live.
• Coordinate with IT and vendor on system enhancements.
