Responsibilities

• Own your business: manage and grow a geographic territory of existing and prospective customers from start to finish.
• Prospect and convert: make a high volume of calls to identify new schools and educators, turning interest into travel programs.
• Hit your numbers: forecast and meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Support groups end to end: assist teachers through planning, recruitment, departure, and return.
• Handle the unexpected: resolve pre-, on-, and post-tour issues using EF procedures after training.
