Education First in Austin, TX is seeking a Tour Consultant to manage a US territory, inspire educators, and lead student tours across North America. You will own your growth roadmap, handle a high-volume outreach strategy, and work with a diverse team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will receive onboarding, training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to advance as you develop your sales skills and contribute to EF’s rapid growth.

Qualifications

• Eagerness to start or grow a career in sales with real responsibility

Responsibilities

• Initiate conversations with teachers to generate new business within a territory (60-70 calls per day)
• Qualify and manage a pipeline of self-generated leads
• Sell a product that changes students’ lives with fearlessness and focus
• Support customers via email, phone and online presentations
• Collaborate with Account Manager team to ensure smooth customer experience and growth
• Travel as part of the role
