Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science or information systems with 3 years of experience, or equivalent.
• MCITP/MCSE/MCSA and Apple ACSA certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user technical support and problem analysis for a wide range of devices.
• Configure, install, and upgrade computers, mobile systems, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot network and system problems and document results.
• Maintain equipment inventory and support security and data handling policies.
• Train staff on CT policies, procedures, and security standards.
