Responsibilities

• Review and respond to end user inquiries from the ticket system regarding system operations and repairs.
• Maintain inventory of devices for districts.
• Assist with Google Admin and Chrome devices management within the Google ecosystem.
• Provide end-user support for printers and print management services.
