Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma required. Progress toward a Bachelor’s degree or Computer Science certifications is highly preferred.
• Technical literacy with G Suite, Chromebooks, and Chrome extensions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with students, staff, and school leaders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Help Desk contact for staff and students; diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade software across macOS, ChromeOS, and iPadOS using MDM tools.
• Assist with invoicing and billing for damaged devices.
• Provide support for events by deploying sound systems and presentation screens.
• Support security cameras and video retention using relevant software.
• Unbox, deploy, and repair devices and peripherals including Chromebooks and displays.
• Maintain accurate hardware inventories and document procedures, tickets, and configurations.
• Research compatibility and recommend future upgrades for hardware and software.
• Act as liaison with external vendors for technical support and repairs.
