The role emphasizes strategic territory management, accurate forecasting, and building strong customer relationships. A Bachelor's degree and prior education sales experience are preferred, with a strong communication skill set and proficiency in CRM and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree + 2 years teaching/education sales preferred.
• Proven record of consistent sales growth and goal achievement.
• Excellent verbal, written and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to build and execute complex sales solutions.
• Ability to establish, cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers and partners.
• Documented territory management and organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs unaided; proficient with business technologies and CRM.

Responsibilities

• Engage in sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present product solutions for digital and print products.
• Meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Create and implement strategic territory and business plans.
• Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
• Provide accurate forecast and sales activity reporting using sales tools and data.
• Participate in network building opportunities within territory, including conferences and industry functions.
• Other duties as needed.
