Job summary

Pearson is seeking a proactive team member to support faculty onboarding and ongoing use of Pearson courseware. You will coach Faculty Support Associates, handle escalations, and ensure high adoption levels for Pearson products.

Strong communication and time management are essential. This role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, leading instructor onboarding sessions, and occasionally traveling during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of experience in supporting faculty onboarding/set up with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are consistently clear, professional, persuasive, and able to breakdown complex messages for all audiences.
• Curiosity, creative thinking, analytical skills, and ability to explore alternative solutions.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of educational technology and ability to learn new technology.
• Willingness to learn new skills and share with the team.
• Strong motivation, energy, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work with cross-functional/cross-company teams to resolve faculty needs quickly.

Responsibilities

• Provide faculty support and assist with onboarding and setup of Pearson courseware.
• Coach Faculty Support Associates and handle escalations requiring expert help.
• Proactively check in with top adoptions and support at-risk adoptions.
• Assist with course builds and provide guidance for higher service level accounts.
• Lead instructor onboarding sessions and coordinate with cross-functional teams during peak periods.
