Job summary

Zones is seeking a Field Account Executive – SLED Sales to drive growth across State, Local Government, and Education sectors. This field-based, quota-carrying role focuses on developing strategic customer and partner relationships, expanding existing accounts, and positioning Zones’ technology solutions to meet public-sector needs.

The ideal candidate has strong SLED procurement knowledge and a track record of selling IT products, solutions, and services, with the ability to travel regularly

Qualifications

• Public-sector technology sales experience preferred.
• Experience carrying and achieving a sales quota.
• Ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned SLED customers.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline to achieve and exceed quotas.
• Engage CIOs, CTOs, IT directors, procurement leaders and other senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contracts and proposal teams on RFP/RFQ responses and opportunities.
