Job summary

Zoom is seeking a senior sales leader to manage a team selling to educational institutions. You will coach, forecast, and drive pipeline velocity while partnering with product specialists to deliver AI, UCaaS, voice, and contact center solutions.

You will engage executives, grow existing accounts, and lead cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid/remote environment across multiple states. The role emphasizes quota attainment and strategic deal closure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience targeting Education accounts.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team.
• Experience engaging with C-level and VP-level decision makers.
• Experience in high-velocity, transactional sales with strategic deals.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships and forecast accurately.
• Strong pipeline management and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads and drive pipeline velocity in education accounts.
• Coach and develop team members to ensure quota attainment and growth.
• Engage C-level/VP executives to address complex needs and close deals.
• Grow business in existing accounts while pursuing new customers via upsell/cross-sell.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic planning to senior leadership.
• Maintain CRM with activity, pipeline, and account intelligence.
