Job summary

Zoom is seeking a strategic Senior Sales Leader to guide a quota-carrying team of Account Executives focused on education accounts, new business and expansion within public sector institutions. You will drive planning, forecasting, coaching and process improvements while partnering with product specialists and channel organizations to deliver AI, UCaaS, voice and contact center solutions.

The role reports to the Head of U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience in Education accounts.
• Proven leadership and coaching of sales teams.
• Experience engaging with C-level and VP-level buyers.
• Ability to manage high-velocity, volume and strategic deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads and drive pipeline in education accounts.
• Coach and mentor reps to achieve quota attainment.
• Engage with C-level and VP-level executives to close deals.
• Maintain CRM with pipeline status and account intelligence.
• Forecast and report to senior leadership.
