Zoom's SLED Sales team is seeking a senior sales leader to manage a team of quota-carrying Account Executives focused on education accounts across a multi-state territory. You will drive business planning, forecast accuracy, and coaching to keep performance high.

You will partner with product specialists and channel organizations to deliver tailored AI, UCaaS, voice, and contact center solutions, reporting to the Head of U.S. SLED.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience in Education accounts.
• Proven success leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
• Experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder sales with C-level and VP-level decisions.
• Track record in high-velocity, transactional sales with volume and strategic deals.
• Ability to build cross-functional relationships across all levels of an organization.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline forecasting.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads, identify prospect needs, and engage technical resources to drive pipeline velocity across education accounts.
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members to build a high-performing sales culture, ensuring quota attainment and growth.
• Engage C-level and VP-level executives within educational institutions to address complex business needs and close deals.
• Develop and grow business within existing accounts while executing campaigns to upsell/cross-sell.
• Deliver accurate sales forecasts and strategic planning to senior leadership, identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.
• Maintain and update CRM with timely activity tracking, pipeline status, and account intelligence.
• Stay current on Zoom's product portfolio and industry trends to win in the public sector.
