Zoom’s SLED Sales organization is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of Account Executives focused on education institutions, new business and expansion within existing accounts. You will drive business planning, coaching, forecasting, and pipeline velocity across multi-state educational accounts.

You will partner with product specialists and channel teams to deliver AI, UCaaS, voice, and contact center solutions, engaging C-level and VP-level buyers to close strategic deals while growing

Formación

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience, with demonstrated expertise selling into Education accounts.
• Proven success leading and developing a high-performing sales team, with quota attainment records.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder environments, including C-level engagements.
• Ability to manage both high-velocity and strategic deals with strong pipeline discipline.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and partner across the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads and drive pipeline velocity in education accounts.
• Coach and mentor team members to sustain a high-performing sales culture.
• Engage C-level and VP-level executives to address complex business needs and close deals.
• Grow business in existing accounts while acquiring new customers via upsell and cross-sell.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic plans to senior leadership.
• Maintain CRM with timely activity and account intelligence.
