Zusammenfassung

Zoom is seeking a senior sales leader in Honolulu, Hawaii to manage a quota-carrying Account Executive team focused on education institutions. You will drive planning, forecasting, and pipeline velocity while collaborating with product specialists and channel partners to deliver AI, UCaaS, voice, and contact center solutions.

The role reports to the Head of U.S. SLED and requires strong experience leading sales teams, strategic deal execution, and cross-functional collaboration across the public

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience in education.
• Proven track record building and coaching high-performing sales teams.
• Experience engaging C-level and VP-level executives.
• Ability to manage high-velocity and strategic deal cycles.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across product and channels.

Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads and drive pipeline velocity in education accounts.
• Coach and mentor team members to sustain quota attainment.
• Engage executives to address complex business needs and close deals.
• Grow business in existing accounts and upsell/cross-sell in new accounts.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and strategic plans to senior leadership.
• Maintain CRM with activity and pipeline intelligence.
• Stay current on product portfolio and industry trends for the public sector.
