Job summary

Zoom's SLED Sales team seeks a seasoned sales leader to manage a quota-carrying Account Executive team responsible for new customer acquisition and expansion within educational institutions. You will partner with product specialists and channel teams to tailor AI, UCaaS, voice, and contact center solutions.

You will drive business planning, pipeline coaching, forecasting, and data-driven decisions while engaging C-level and VP-level executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology sales experience, with education accounts focus.
• Proven success building and coaching high-performing sales teams.
• Experience engaging with C-level and VP-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Executives to qualify leads and develop pipeline in education accounts.
• Coach and mentor team members to achieve quota attainment and growth.
• Engage C-level and VP-level executives to address complex needs and close deals.
• Grow business within existing accounts and drive upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Deliver accurate forecasts and participate in strategic planning with senior leadership.
• Maintain CRM with activity tracking and pipeline insights.
